Flux drum pumps are often used in industrial, chemical and sanitary transfer applications where pumping out of the top of a tank, tote, or drum is the only means of evacuating the pumping fluid. Also called container or barrel pumps, Flux drum pumps with impeller design for optimum drum emptying can pump thin, neutral, corrosive or highly flammable liquids. The Type F 424 is a sealless drum pump that works great for transferring solvents and other fluids that do not glue or crystallize. It features safe dry running. The Type F 430 Flux drum pump with mechanical seal can be used to transfer virtually any low viscosity fluid.
