1 day turnaround – emergency repair of cooling tower pump
Our chemical plant customer could not run their production units at full capacity without the pump. The pump was disassembled and assessed within hours of arrival to our facility. Components, including one of the shafts and an impeller, were machined overnight. In total, pump was out of service for approximately 36 hours. Using our knowledge and experience, we exceeded our customer’s expectations and were able to get the plant back up and running at capacity.
